“My partner and I have only been on our diet journey for a couple of days so far, but are already feeling the benefits. We don't feel podged all the time. We have also lost a few pounds in that couple of days so that's a bonus. The meals are easy to prep and very tasty and feel quite wholesome.”

“I've been using STW for nearly 3 years changing from using a different supplier I wanted to change things up, the prices of your products are dearer and reaching my goals taking longer to achieve which then makes it more costly.”

“I really like the fact the shakes, meals and snacks take away any calorie counting and food planning effort. Other than the task of choosing what to have, it’s very easy! The only downside is that options are v limited for those with common intolerances or allergies eg gluten and dairy, which does make the diet a bit boring and more challenging to stick to without a variety of meal and snack replacements to choose from.”
