“I can't fault the service, I ordered these shakes and recieved the following day. Unfortunately I only ordered these because exante shakes are no longer available. But for me I can't drink these they taste watery and too sweet.”

“I bought 4 trial products. The vanilla milkshake was okay as was the porridge although bland tasting. The chocolate bar and caramel bar were really awful, artificial tasting and dry in texture. I would not purchase more or recommend to others.”

“Started shake the weight a week ago and have already lost 10 pounds! Went with the 4 week bundle as it was cheaper,I was on a similar diet plan 8 years ago,where I lost 5 stone,so hoping to do the same with shake the weight.”

A low calorie diet is a potentially big change in your diet and therefore you may experience some side effects, such as: Headaches (take standard headache medication until they subside), Nausea, Lethargy, Menstrual irregularities, sweet smelling breath, constipation (try a laxative or fibre supplement).Side effects should ease after a short time. You could possibly be allergic or intolerant to one of the ingredients. These are listed on the website if you'd like to check, and I would suggest that you discuss with your GP. “I was apprehensive to order as previous shakes have had an after taste, however, the ones I have tried so far have not. Have ordered one of all the flavours I think I would like so working my way through them. So far so good”

“Both breads a very acceptable alternative to bread. Not the same , but nice enough and much nicer than other low calorie breads I have tried . Cheese is good , though the slices tend to stick together and crumble when you separate them . A bit pricey and postage adds to the cost”

“As a user of Shake that Weight for some considerable time, I must admit that I do not use their products continuously because I am one who prefers to cook my meals from fresh produce. However, whilst being a health freak, even I can over-eat !! Consequently, every now and again, when the weight is creeping up, I return to STW and lose one stone in a month - true! All I need to add are fresh vegetables. The ready-made meals are delicious, portions sensible and I don't feel hungry between-times. I am currently using the STW meals to lose weight before an activity holiday next month and, during the past week, have lost 4 lbs. The normal weight loss fluctuates between 2.5 and 4 lbs per week depending on the amount of exercise I have had. There is no doubt that I shall be sticking to STW in the future and I'm so glad I found them.”

“The products I've tasted so far are good, both the dinners and snack bars. However, the order for products that I made is different from what I received. I paid more in order to order the products I wanted. So that is disappointing, as some of the products I simply wouldn't eat. That leaves me short of products for the month that I booked. If I'd been given the correct order, I would have given you four or five stars.”

“Its ok, just very sweet for my tastes. One major issue is with the packaging, more specifically the writing. It is unfeasably small, and next to impossibel to read. This needs adjustment”

“I am very disappointed that the Tomato Soup has been discontinued. I would have given 5 stars, but sadly I am now looking to try other brands . The Tomato soup was one of my main go to products. I know I will not be able to remain on this diet without it.”
