“The bars tasted good however, too much sugar which caused a huge spike in my blood sugar. Will not repurchase.”

“Some of the shakes are absolutely revolting so it will be a waste of money as I will have to throw them in the bin as even though unopened am not allowed to return or swap.”

“I am sorry I am unable to give you a review, as at the moment you do not seem to have some of the bars available. As I am gluten free I am sure you understand I can have only certain bars eg crispy caramel.”

“I tried a taster pack of four, caramel shake was ok, tropical shake which had a weird aftertaste, cottage pie very tasteless, but the strawberry crispy bar was very nice. However, we all have different tastes and others might like what I didn't.”

“Asking me only a day after delivery is too soon. BUT YOU ASKED SO I WILL ANSWER. So far I have only tried 3 ITEMS. Apple and Cinnamon PORRIDGE, Chicken soup and Tropical shake. The soup and the shake were very good BUT to my surprise the porridge was disgusting. Sorry. This was my favourite product from Lighter Life so I ordered more of that than anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTING. NO FLAVOUR. ODD TEXTURE. WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE REMAINING PORRIDGE PACKS. I have not yet tried the pastas or meals or bars.”

“The cheese and bacon omelettes look and taste disgusting, as do the maple syrup pancakes. If I hadn’t spent so much money on them, I would have thrown them away. The other products are of a similar quality to competitors.”

“I was very disappointed this time with my order as some of the bars were dated best before 06/23. I used these first and although they tasted fine I didn’t expect to have to check for short dated stock in an order for 112 items. Not happy.”

“Very disappointed with the bars! They do not taste like the original Cambridge bars. In fact they are awful and will probably end up in the bin! I feel cheated by your company and will certainly not be buying any of your products in the future. Extremely disappointed customer! Kathleen Priest”

“I’m very disappointed I don’t like the taste or the smell I’m a driving instructor and need to take a shake in a bottle for my lunch it had become revolting I couldn’t drink it it smelt awful I use your shake for breakfast and dinner because I’ve paid for them but I use slim fast for lunch which is much nicer I’ve also used Lipotrim a lot in the past and that’s much nicer but I can’t seem to get it anymore”

“Disappointed as this is my second £300 order and 20 bars are missing, phone and spoke with a lady who was to busy and said that they would call me back, still waiting for the call back, called at around 11am and now 6pm on a Friday. On a good note the bars are tasty and are helping me lose weight.”

“Just tried the spaghetti bolognese flavoured meal which was inedible ! The flavour was ok but it was so really chewy. I couldn’t eat it! Feeling very disappointed with the meal packets as the 3 I’ve tried have all been inedible. Only eating the meal bars at the moment which is boring!!”
