“I loved the shakes and have ordered repeatedly since April. However the shakes I received this week tasted different - not in a good way. When I enquired I was told the sweetener they use has changed. I have had to return for a refund. Very disappointed.”

“The shake s that I have include the carnal and banana . I had 3 chicken meals and they are all horrible. I will try something different before I completely give up on my diet . The strewbarry chispy bar is horrible.”

“What’s happened to the chocolate shakes??? They taste different (not in a good way) and leave a horrible after taste 🤨 These used to be the best tasting shakes on the market! Bring back the old ones please!!!”

“I've tried the coffee shake today for the first time. The flavour was nice but the drink was gritty and made drinking it difficult as it kept making me cough. I had shook the mixture up multiple times but this did not solve the problem. I wont be using again.”

“I bulk ordered the porridge meal as I wasn't aware the recipe had changed. It would be helpful to make it obvious as part of the order process that the recipe has changed. I would have ordered a far smaller amount to check I liked it.”

“Not really a fan of any of the products that I ordered. The only thing I like is the milk chocolate peanut bar. I have previously done diets like this such as Cambridge 1:1 diet and I found their products much nicer which means it is easier to stick to. Shake that weight is obviously cheaper which is one of the positives.”

“So far only tried the pasta Carbonara I did not like this at all did not taste anything like a carbonara and there was about 4 spoon full's in total so a very small meal.”
