“Bars were awful. Chicken Noodle meals salty. Shakes ok. Delivery cost expensive”

“Service was great but unfortunately the product was not. The bars were tasty but the soup and pasta has a horrible artificial and powdery taste. The shake was super sweet and contained far too much sugar for a healthy diet”

Thanks for the 5 star customer services rating Kelly. Sorry the products weren't to your taste. If the products were powdery they probably needed (depending on the product) mixing with water that was hotter or cooking for a little longer in the microwave. Regarding sugar, the sugar content is mainly naturally occurring from the milk products and not added, our products actually contain less than most similar products on the market.

“Have only tried two of the four starter pack. They were both so awful I don't want to try the others. Both far too sweet. The porridge made me feel sick it was so sweet.”

“I tried to order for my friend who is not on line + doesnt have an email address. She gave me her card details + 3 digits on the back plus exp. date. I had to use my email address which may have been the problem. Her card was refused (there should not have been a problem) so I ended up paying for the shakes myself. Not a happy bunny. CDW.”

“The first time trying this particular brand and the shakes were delivered quickly but unfortunately despite having several flavours they all taste terrible. Very artificial, chemically and with a bitter after taste. Many so bad that despite being very hungry I tipped them away and had nothing. Even after drinking I was left with a strange greasy texture in my mouth. Very disappointed as I ordered 2 weeks supply so spent a lot of money.”

“I’m not impressed at all with what I’ve ordered very bland Also I’ve been sick most times about hour after eating the food For the price I paid which if I knew how horrible it was I would not have brought any of it”

“Nothing wrong with the products I just didn’t like how they made me feel so only stuck to the plan for 2 days. I had a sickly feeling in my stomach and also a really sore head using the products.”

“The meals are awful. The shakes are too sweet - and, as a diabetic, I'm appalled that some have extra sugar added. My biggest concern is that you use PALM OIL - which is farmed using land taken from the forrests where the endangered Orang Utan's live. For environmental and safeguarding of animals reasons I won't be buying more”

Sorry that you don't like the products. The sugar content is not added sugars,mostly it is from the naturally occurring sugars in the milk product. Our shakes have less sugar per serving than the brand that was used for the Newcastle University Diabetic diet (you may have seen the BBC programs) Cambridge shakes for example have an average of 13.2 grams per serving. We have many type 2 Diabetic customers who are using the products and having great success with weight loss and reducing their blood glucose levels.

If you are only having 2 products a day and also exercising you are probably not consuming enough calories and your body will be trying to hold onto the fat to use for energy.Our woman plan with a meal is 3 products per day not 2 You need to consume a minimum of 600 calories per day and also allow for exercise calories burnt and try to replace these with healthy calories ie another product.

“I ordered on line after 10pm, I changed my order but when I got to the end my order was incorrect. I rang the next day before 10am and left a message asking someone to ring me back to see if I could change the order before it was posted out. Order arrived but I’m still waiting for the phone call.”

“The website was advertising free appetite suppressant drinks on orders over £75 when I placed my order. There was no option to do this on ordering and there was a free shaker bottle included. I do not need a shaker bottle but I did want the drinks as advertised. I wrote to you about this and had very prompt response from Andrea saying that the offer had changed and that the website should be advertising the shaker and not the drinks. I replied that the website was still clearly advertising the the drinks and she asked me to send a screen shot to show the advertising. I have now sent the screenshot plus several emails over several days to Andrea with no response. All I want is the drinks as you advertised!! I have also informed Andrea that I only received 26 instead of 28 Pasta Ham & Mushroom Soup - Short Life in my order. Again, no response?! This is all such a shame as your products are brilliant and I am already getting fantastic results.”

“The meals are tasteless and not nice flavoured, so I will not be buying again. Bought two weeks worth of dinners & lunches to boost my weight loss, as lately I’ve been fed up preparing my own meals but I will be going back to this if I can’t stomach the rest of the meals.”

“Issues with delivery - no name on parcel so rejected by office. Shakes and bars are average but meals so far are inedible and extremely disappointed not to be able to return when items are packaged individually.”
