“Unfortunately not for me! I give two star for the fact that it tasted good! I went for Banana and it tasted great I used Red Milk for lower fat in take and it was like a Banana milkshake LOVELY! However it caused me to have a really upset stomach and bad bowel movements… So I now have looked into tablet forms rather than the shakes.”

A low calorie diet is a potentially big change in your diet and therefore you may experience some side effects, such as: Headaches (take standard headache medication until they subside), Nausea, Lethargy, Menstrual irregularities, sweet smelling breath, constipation (try a laxative or fibre supplement).Side effects should ease after a short time. “Some of the products taste very artificial and are unpleasant to eat. What annoys me most is every time I come on to place orders items are out of stock! Why can't you do stock counts so you know what to buy in and replace products before they run out? This is sensible business practice. We need consistency when dieting and dieters fail if we divert from track! Also people rely on certain products as they don't like others.”

“I’m Sorry I had high hopes for this after reading reviews/success stories It tastes revolting, thick and grainy. I used a blender and it still taste horrible. Only had two sachets could t tolerate any more”

“The bars are claggy and taste very powdery. After doing the 1:1 diet theirs were really tasty in comparison. Obviously yours are cheaper and maybe this is why the product doesn’t taste as good.”

“I only received my 4 ‘sample’ pack today, sent for to taste your products! Just had the banana shake and, sorry to say, didn’t like it much. It’s very ‘cornfloury’ in taste and left an unpleasant backtaste for some time. Not good so far, 3 more still to try though!”

“Ordered the starter pack- very few shakes/bars and lots of unpleasant sounding savoury. I have been trying these but unfortunately the product give me terrible acid and a very upset stomach- I do not have these issues with other products. I will not be purchasing again.”

“Dont ask for feedback a few days after the first delivery. It is annoying and unrealistic. I cannot rate effectively. I can say that you are seemingly expensive compared to other VLCD suppliers but do not point out the difference in the quantity/calories in your packs compared to others.”

“Sorry can't recommend. 😡Much better VLCD diet products by other companies available. Crisps absolutely awful like eating cardboard so dry in mouth - birds may enjoy rest of bags. Soup dreadful even after whisking product after following STW instructions to mix. Powdery feeling/texture in mouth. 🤮 Cereal and porridge just about ok. Only product ok - though expensive for what it is are the meals in pouches to heat in microwave to serve with added salad or vegetables. M&S, Waitrose etc for example sell calorie controlled meals that are much tastier for a lower price. All in all very dissatisfied and disappointed in STW. Glad I only spent minimum to try. Do not recommend”
