“I have done one of the more well known VCLDs Several times before but I find the shake that weight products far superior and better value. The fact that you can also get actual ready meals is also great and so are they.”

“Bars, cereal and shakes all taste nice. Better discount would be nice for returning customers. Packaging wasn’t great as it wasn’t securely taped. Surprised that items weren’t lost in post.”

“I am very happy with the bars and shakes. My favourite is the vanilla shake, it is thick and flavour some and I only mix with chilled water. All the shakes mix really well. I prefer to have the bars with a glass of cold still or sparkling water.”

“Shake that Weight has helped me lose up to now 3 st 6 lbs and I am so happy, my health has improved and I feel better about myself, the support I have received has been brilliant and other entries of Facebook helps is so many ways and tips and recipes are great, I would recommend shake that weight to anyone who wants to lose weight, thank you all”

“Strawberry and chocolate shakes are my favourite. Not keen on any of the bars as too sweet for me but sometimes have them as nice to eat something. Haven’t tried any of the ready meals as quite expensive.”

“The shakes and soups are very tasty. The bars are nice and satisfying. I am not keen on the ready meals and prefer to make my own. The pasta and noodles are ok. The service is really good and orders arrive within a few days. Once you get into it, the diet is not bad and works for me. I have a long way to go but am determined.”
