“Porridge, vanilla, strawberry shakes, and caramel cereal are my favourites. Keep you full for longer than you think but I like more water in mine as they are so thick.”

“You asked my favourite shakes I like the following the muesli breakfast banana strawberry cafelatte and chocolate shakes, the ones I don't like are porridge and veg soup. I have only been using shakes for a week so far that is what I think”

“Shakes taste great, make me feel full & yet have lost weight quickly in 2 weeks. The soups are a bit small but surprisingly satisfying. Snacks are great. Shocked at weight loss (eating 2 products a day, a healthy evening meal & lots of water). Have just reordered”

“So far so good, lost half a stone in the first week. The food tastes really good, though my favourite by far is the Caramel shake made with water, and the Tomato Soup and the Muesli & White Chocolate bars which are also excellent. It’s dead easy to keep to the diet, I eat on this diet six times a day, more often than I usually would, and it only amounts to 984 calories. I’m still fat at the moment…but anorexia here I come.”

“I love the milk shakes. Iv lost the extra pounds I gained and now wearing my favourite jeans again. They are tasty especially the vanilla flavour. I do add lots more water though and a little milk. I even freeze it for a hour. Love them.”
