“Most of the products are very sweet. Can someone explain why the diets include “snacks”. Surely a lot of what got most of us into the problem in the first place was snacking between meals.”

“Have tried Shake The Weight before and lost 8 pounds. Then went and gained over a Lock down. Taking it more seriously this time, would like to loose one and half stone for looks and health reasons. Second week into 800 calories and down half a stone, here’s hoping for the rest to follow. Having two shakes during day followed by own cooking in evening. Felt light head for the first few days, now drinking plenty of water and feeling great.”

“The flavours are the best Ihave ever come accross on the shakes..and I've tried a few over the years, beats well known others, no wey aftertaste full of flavour , thespup is also good thats as far as i have got, oh and they work, they are thick so fill you quite satisfyingly 😊”

“The products Iv had are nice. Not so keen on the porridge so won’t get that again. Everything else has been nice. Peanut bars and chocolate bars very nice. I like the coffee latte shake and raspberry and white choc shake too. The zippers are nice too. I have also enjoyed the muesli. Iv just ordered another box.”

“I’m impressed with the flavours and products available. I’m trying a variety to kickstart my weight loss but so far think these compare very favourably with the more expensive household name. I also like the comparative lack of unnecessary packaging.”

“Absolutely gorgeous meal replacement products. Love the shakes. Strawberry and Vanilla are my favourite, the vegetable soup is lovely and I really enjoy the Chicken Curry Noodles.”

“I have lost 4 lbs in just over a week and the shakes are delicious. My favourite is the Hazelnut. I put in a little ice and blend them together. Also love the crispy caramel bar. I cut in half for those little hungry in-between meals times.”

“Very early days. Am still exploring the flavours of the meal replacements and shakes. The bars are particularly varied and enjoyable with some creative favours which will prevent the boredom that comes with some weight loss schemes.”
