“Only been on one week and have lost 8lbs shakes are so tasty i love the strawberry and the hazelnut so much choice all i have done is missed lunch at work and have a shake healthy meal at tea time”

“The quality and taste of the shakes both hot and cold the tastes are excellent I have tried other brands in the past but Shake that Weight shakes are by far the best I highly recommend them.”

“I find that all the products except the wafer and chocolate bars and the chocolate snacks are all very tasty. My favorite shake is the White chocolate and Raspberry and I enjoy all the noodles and most of the souos. I haven't tried any if the ready made meals. Favourite snack is the sour cresm and cheese zippers.”

“Been doing it for 5 days now. Not been too hungry. Sticking too it, including upping my water intake. 4 meals a day which are small (of course) but they are very tasty. Cant wait to see the results and see the weight come off.”
