“Having tried the porride and the noodles i can say that this diet is not for me as both these items were unedible as the tasted disgusting. Not only did they tase terrible but the overall consistency was extremely unpleasant. I purchased 2 weeks worth at a cost of over £90 based on all the previous customer reviews. I might as well have burned £90 as you do not accept returns on the basis of Health & Safety which i don't understand as each individually wrapped item is unopened and is a non perishable product. I have to say that i am very disappointed with the whole experience.”

“I m happy with the products and it does not make me feel hungry if I keep up with it just started recently but very slow in loosing weight but at least not gaining. I have tried many other very expensive products before but this one is very suitable for me and don’t find it very costly. I am happy and pleased.”

“I'm on day 3, and I find some bars quite dry, which is good as it makes me want to drink more. The Vanilla Shake is very sweet, but I added a spoon of coffee to it,making it more palatable. Chocolate Shake is lovely... 2lb loss so far. My only complaint is that I didn't get the brochure that everyone mentions.”
