“Lost 5 lbs in first week, 3 shake that weight meals and a normal light meal in the evening, some fruit and the odd 0% yoghurt, flavoured water, all easy to take to work. Have not really noticed being hungry amazed how filling the small portions are I even managed to avoid a piece of cake when out shopping it is appears to re-educate the stomach and the mind, tried it for a week and just ordered 4 weeks worth as I now know what I like. Hurrah it works for me. I was spending £ 4 a day on sandwiches and crisps plus chocolate before this.”

“Shake Tat Weight was really filling and tasty. I wasn't hungry for about four hours (other brands usually only fill me for 30 minutes) and the shakes are still super tasty. Like a wonderful dessert.”
