“In 2019 I came up with a plan to lose the weight in a “thin for thirty” plan. After 2 babies I’m sitting with a little extra in areas and it’s been bothering me for a while. So I ordered the 6 week plan - why not save pennies - and I’ve been on it for a week and a half so far and I have to say it’s not as bad as I thought. My main tips would be to do a menu and rotate the products. Tea time is a killer for me but I’m still cooking at home but I’ve been good so far. I do like a bar at about 9pm too; makes me feel like a treat for doing good all day. The loss of weight has been good and I plane to continue till Christmas.”

“This diet really works. its so easy no prep or cooking i work shifts so i just grab a shake or zippers. My favorite shake is the gingerbread and the barbecue zippers are lush. I have lost 4 stone so far and still love this diet plan.”

“i have been following the woman plan for almost 3 weeks and its been the best thing i have ever done. Yes it was hard the first few days but once passed that it was fantastic. i have lost so much weight and i am only at the start of a long road. The variation of products drew me to the plan and very single product i have tried has been tasty and very much enjoyed. So pleased to have found STW and i want to shout it from the roof tops! don't hesitate to order, you will never look back.”

“The customer service is beyond par. It was refreshing to communicate with Andrea. She was patient and was prompt with her replies and duties. 4th day on the products feeling good. Not hungry at all Looking forward to losing the weight. I know l am in good hands with Andrea around. And of course shake that weight food.”
