“The Shakes are okay, although apart from the noodles every other product seems to be soy based and im not a fan of Soy..Didnt enjoy the bars, they are quite dry and I didnt like the taste.”

“Received my order this morning, and first off, love the packaging and the price. Tried the Beef Noodles for lunch and they are very tasty. I like that the meals come just under 200 Kcals so I can easily do 4 meals a day and shed! :)”

“4 years ago it was way too hard for me to keep on this diet, it has now changed with such variety of meals and bars and so on. It is an easy star to eat less and regularly and also no food prep, I go on this diet when something like house refurb happens or just need to loose some weight quick ;)”

“Products taste fab, and I feel more energetic and alert than before. The new boost my fibre has made a massive difference and less discomfort when using the toilet. I prefer the packets than meals as I have a gastric band because they go through more easily. Overall I am extremely happy and hope to lose weight More effectively”
