Beware, they may take your money but not have a garage serving your postcode and cancel at the last minute. I booked on their website on 18th December 2023 for a full service and MOT. The date of they were due to collect my car was 4th January 2024. I paid in advance by credit card to get a lower price. On 2nd January I received a call from Servicing Stop to say that they had no garages covering my postcode and that the collection, delivery, service and MOT would not take place as booked. They offered me the options of taking my car to a garage over 14 miles away, or receiving a refund. I chose a refund. That was supposed to be processed immediately, but it had still not been refunded on 11th January 2024 and I am now going to contact my credit card company for a charge back. Avoid this company.

Car went in for Full Service. Promised it back that evening. It wasn't returned which meant that I wasn't able to attend an important event. The next day when I contacted the garage directly I was told it was still "on hold" Nobody seemed to know what was happening. Then I got a phone call trying to sell me a load of extras. Eventually got my car back on day 2 approx 3:30pm. Absolute Nightmare!

These people are scam artists don’t use them !!!!! Trust me they will waste your money , made me pay 214 pounds for something they didn’t fix l mean think about it why send your car with strangers most stupid decision l made but don’t use this people they are thieves!!!!

This is the second time I have used them 1st time cost me £1,900 in December it was over 1000 again I had to pay to get my car back as I only do 1000 miles a year which is a low mileage as don't do long journeys so on the MOT advisory renew brake fluid so I checked what the full service offered the brake fluid was checked as being done so was the service as been stamped but I don't have a service book and I can't get to speak to anyone it is disgusting what they do willing to take your money but can't speak to anyone

Guys, seriously, don't use them unless you don't care about how much money you spend. I prepaid full service and MOT. A day before servicing and MOT, I had my car hand washed inside out. I was confident that my car would pass MOT with flying colours. They collected my car on Thursday morning. Early in the afternoon I received a phone call where I was informed that some additional work must be done on my car to pass MOT and I was asked to pay 790,00, and to write a positive review if I wanted my car back on the same day. Also, I was told that they will not start any work unless the payment occurs on their account. I wrote a review but after discussion with my friends, I decided not to go ahead with their service. The trouble was, that there was no way to call them. They can call you but you can't call them. So I wrote an email asking them not to go ahead with work and to return my car. Early evening I received a phone call that the work is done and I had to pay. I paid. Then it was another phone call where I was told that after MOT another faults were discovered. I was billed totally, including service, 1.251,00. Maybe it wouldn't happen to you as you have some insights into how cars work but it's 'tabu' to me. So I must had been their favourite customer! Even when I paid for totally everything they asked me to, and I wrote a review, my car wasn't delivered the same day. Again, I wrote them an email stated that the next day, which was Friday, I was going to be at home in the afternoon from 3pm. When I came back from work at 2:30pm, my car was there. I had 3 missed calls as I couldn't use my mobile phone at work. I had the car but I had no car key! It took ages, numerous desperate emails... to get my car key on Saturday. They had my car for full 3 days. The vehicle came back with an extra miles on the clock, 1/4 of tank was gone while I left it with a full tank and it was absolutely filthy. The mud was all over it. In advisories from MOT was stated that I need to monitor and if needed, to replace suspension arm. As I really look after my car, I went to my local garage to repair or replace a suspension arm so it wouldn't be a major problem later. When I came to collect my car, I was 'gobsmacked'!!! They asked me where was my MOT done as my car didn't need a suspension arm at all. They even showed me that they had a new suspension arm in that garage but there was no need for a replacement. It worked fine. I was in my local garage today. What happened with Servicing Stop was a month ago. In my local garage are honest people. If they did nothing at all, I wouldn't know. They could charge me anything. I'm absolutely disgusted by Servicing Stop!

I had dealings with Servicing Stop in 2020 in blatanaly overcharging for a routine service and MOT. It took me nearly 2years to reclaim my my money (£950.0).Prior to my claim being succesful, Enfield trading Officers had taken Servicing Stop to court, I offered to be present at the hearing and submit my evidence which was obtained from an independent garage of parts that were allegedly fitted by the garage. Trading Standards did not take my advice and so proceeded with their Barristers with the result they lost the case. I continued on my own and despite Servicing Stop offering me derisory sums of retribution, i continued my case for justice. Eventually in July 2022 just prior to my case being heard in the Courts, Servicing Stop settled my claim, as they knew that they would be found guilty, persistence had won the day. As for Enfield Trading Standards I offer them some advice, trust the ones you are meant to represent and not go down the way of hiring expensive Barristers.

Unfortunately I have seen those reviews after I prepaid for service and mot and let garage to take my car. Now they are not relicing my car, because I am refusing to pay extra £193 for something that garage itself quoted £36 only. I have phoned the garage directly. They informed me that their diagnostics cost £36, including VAT ; but their salesman over the phone bullied me to agree on doing diagnostics, even whilst I kept repeating that a diagnostic had already been done by my friend and the issue had already been established. I had already asked the man, who collected the car, to fix the issues flagged before doing the MOT. I only decided to do mot and service more than a month early because car was needed to be fixed and I straight away said what was needed to be done. I am only prepared to pay £36, because this is the amount the garage quoted to me. I think this is fair and reasonable. I want to have my car back, so my mechanic friend can fix everythingfor me. But they literally not relicing my car till I paid this bill, that over the top. On the top of everything elce they quoted to me about £1000 for something that costs £80, according to the garage. I believe, all victims of this scammers should gather together and put this company down. It's can't continue like that. Now I careless, because they illegally holding my car as hostage. I am sure its illegal. I have even been advised to call police about it, which I will do in the morning, if my car will not be reliced. Please, do not use this company. Just go to your local garages and they will do better job for you.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! Took my car to get serviced, they didn’t even bother to sign my log book but worst of all they damaged my car causing a massive oil leak and me having to pay for oil 3x. When I asked for a refund they said no because I took it to another garage to get fixed and they have the audacity to say I should have taken it back to the garage who originally damaged my car like??? They also tried to charge me £1500 for new break discs and tyres, went to get a second opinion and they said my break pads were fine and my tyres were fine as well. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Blown away by how this company operates. Offer low service / MOT costs to follow up with extortionate cost on additional work. Quoted £1.5k for brake pads and discs, another company quoted £440. Just an attempt to take advantage of customers who don't challenge them. Never again.

DO NOT USE THEM! I REPEAT: DO NOT USE THEM! IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED THEN GO AHEAD. A LOCAL GARAGE NEAR YOU WOULD DO MUCH BETTER. You will pay for the servicing fee as advertised on their website, and the will try to get bigger amount of money from you. The mount mentioned in previous reviews is true. I have been a victim. If you read this please save yourself the unnecessary headaches. From my local garage servicing is only from £68. All in all, it will cost you less than £145 charged by those middlemen SCAMMERS while they don’t actually service your car. I know because I took my car to a local garage to get it checked over. I could write much more. Please don’t give them a trial. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Got my car done from servicing stop, NEVER AGAIN, for starters they took it far to get done, so alot of fuel wasted, got a phone call saying it was going to be £600 and something, I said I didn't have that kind of money, then told me to get a loan out, I said no,he said so what are you going to do ,very arsey tone, il just have my car bk n have a think, he slammed the phone done. I've been to another a garage I was told it all came to 100£ ,

STAY AWAY from these con artists They are an absolute shambles. Booked and confirmed my car in for a specific date over 2 weeks away. Arranged work/child care to fit. Got a call 2 days before to advise there was no availability and they needed reschedule. Due to a backlog and shortage of staff, my car wasn't confirmed with the garage at the time of booking and by the time they got round to it, there was no availability. Next problem, hidden exclusions. BEWARE - what is usually included in a FULL service, ISN'T. They remove most of it out and hide this in the T's and C's. Third problem: They LIE. I was advised on the phone that my car needed various bits of work done in order for it to pass. When I called the garage directly, they advised that it only needed one thing done to pass. the rest was just advisory. Fourth Problem: terrible communication. When they had to rebook my appointment, they then failed to update me of the different garage. When I tried to call my service rep back, he failed to pick up, When I tried to call the mobile number that organised collection, it didn't receive calls. When I asked for a direct address and contact number for the garage, they were hesitant to hand over these details. I am still waiting for the report that I asked for that service stop receive from the garage. I am still waiting for the costs that they advised me of over the phone. They intentionally do not discuss anything over email so they can cover their tracks and lies. Fifth problem: UNREASONABLE COSTS. One of the things they said I needed was a diagnostic test which would cost me £169 plus VAT. After I managed to obtain the garage direct number, they said they had quoted £50 for this. The entire bill that I was advised of only over a call that I needed pay for my car to pass would come to over £600 plus VAT The garage confirmed this was extremely hiked up from what they quoted and the work that needed to be done to pass would only come to £50. everything else is advisory.

This is a scam, they have stolen my brothers car. At Christmas. He is on minimum wage and cannot just buy another car. Heartless monsters. I strongly urge you not to use this company.

DO NOT USE! Liars, cheats and bullies! I paid £1748 to get my car released. They don’t tell you the garage that your car gets taken to, the garage uses an app for phone calls meaning you get through to Servicing Stop’s main number making it impossible to communicate with the garage, inflated prices and I was told my car was unsafe to drive because of the failures, most of which I later discovered were ADVISORIES. I only tracked my car down after it failed its MOT which I done via gov.uk. The garage is quite happy to work with Servicing Stop as they get cars on ramps and are able to be involved in the hugely inflated prices. DO NOT USE! Trying to get a response via telephone or email from Servicing Stop is impossible, they just ignore everything or “take a message” for the advisor. WORST experience ever with this company. I would leave 0 stars but unable to do so which is why they got 1. THIEVES/ROBBERS/SCAMMERS!

I've been billed £1692,11 half the work which was agreed wasn't carried out and bullied out of £955 just to get my car back on Saturday I am also disabled the vehicle came back with an extra 140 miles on the clock an empty tank while I left it with half a tank and filthy mud all over it and one flat trye I'm absolutely disgusted by service stop

DO NOT USE YHIS COMPANY. The company is totally unreliable and unprofessional. I doubt if any of them have any vehicle knowledge. My service was booked and prepaid for Monday. The company phoned me and said it cannot be done until Wednesday. I agreed that and it was to be picked up between 8 to 10am. At 1pm nobody had shown. It is impossible to contact the company by phone the have a message to guide you to a Web link, the link doesn't work at all. I emailed them asking what was happening at 2.30pm I got a message to say it would be picked up by the garage ASAP. I then had a call from the garage, they stated it was not booked in until 1330. Luckily I knew the garage it was going to. The driver said I will have it back to you by 1700. I then had a call from the company stated it had been serviced but need special oil at £29.99, they then said it needed a flushing agent, new brake fluid, air filter cabin filter and brake pads. The brake fluid was less than 6 months old. I phoned my contact at the garage and he told me that they had not advised any of it. They were just trying to co me out of another £200. The garage said that they had told them not to release it untill they had sold me the extras. Luckily I knew the garage and they agreed to return it. When I asked them about the special oil and all the other stuff he said its all rubbish. The full service as they advertise it is basically and filter change and a few basic checks, that will cost you £200. The garage would have charged me £70. This company is a gang of thieves BE WARNED.
