“Very disappointed with this company, they really try to pressurise you into doing work on your car, so be very careful, also charged for an engine flush which I didn't agree too”

“Servicing Stop enticed me to pay for my service up front. They then said it needs an MOT soon anyway so i agreed. They then claimed they needed to strip the brakes to check for a fault. They then came back with a price of 400 pounds to replace a 40 pound part on top of the 100 pound charge for stripping the brakes. I declined the work and they sent the car back. They then demanded payment for stripping the brakes and renewing brake fluid and bleeding the system. They obviously couldn't have done the brake fluid as they would have done that after replacing the cylinders so I checked everything else and found that they had not done the service I had already paid for. On inspection of the brakes the drums were seized so they could not have inspected those properly either. It was only when I raised these points that they agreed they had not done most of the work but still insisted that they retain the money for the service to pay for stripping the brakes. Stay away from these criminals.”

“Having had a couple of decently priced services on E91 BMW 325i, the last one was a complete rip off.. the bill came to over £2k.. Reading other reviews I too was charged for ridiculously over priced items: for example: FUEL TREATAMENT £79.42 RENEW: BRAKE FLUID £179.62 CHECK & RENEW: ANTI-FREEZE £169.96 (SERIOUSLY???) All ex Vat of course.. That's the last they'll be seeing of me..”

“Customer service shocking. No updates on the car when it would be delivered. Collected on the Friday quoted a load of work needed doing refused all of this work. Held me at random about paying for premium oil or wouldn’t give the car back. Paid for this and never got the car back anyway locked in a garage until Monday with no notice or even informing me if this decision.”

“**Avoid This Garage – Overpriced & Misleading Quotes** I booked an MOT and service with this garage for **£140**, which seemed like a fair price. However, after the service, they called me back recommending additional fluid changes (brake fluid, antifreeze, engine flush, and an oil surcharge). While I expected some extra costs, I wasn’t prepared for what happened next. After the MOT was completed, they called again and hit me with a **£1,500 bill**—a shocking increase from what should have been a reasonable repair cost. When I checked the breakdown of parts and labor, the numbers simply didn’t add up. The work they did should have cost **around £500**, but they massively overcharged for everything. “Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Service I originally booked with this company because of their convenience and discounts, but they have been anything but. They rescheduled my full service and MOT twice, only to cancel last minute, just three days before my MOT runs out. Now, I’m left scrambling to find a local garage and have had to pay an additional £100 to get it sorted. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.”

“I was a fool, booked in service, quoted £141. But with brake fluid flushed and replaced, bill was over £400. They said a replacement of pollen filter £134.Refused, instead, looked on you tube, ordered a replacement on amazon £7.81, did it myself. Won't be using them again, they're not shy on overpricing”

Called Service Stop number to be greeted with another automated message telling me to email. Currently chasing a refund with little success... Avoid at all costs is my advice!!”

“Car was collected early. Phoned up to check progress at 5.45 pm Was told the car would be delivered this evening It's now 8pm. Nobody available to talk to me Left without a car and I have a very important meeting early in the morning Was promised my car would be returned this evening but it hasn't. In fact it hasn't moved since 5.45 pm. I have a tracker on it Totally disgusted by the total lack of communication Will not be using servicing stop again”
