“Serving stop is an unfortunate company, please avoid them, they scammer. They are not after the wellbeing of you car or the clients they are just there to deceive you and the collect your money, Serving stop people are heartless”

“Booked a service received a call stating work required to get car back, the work was over 4 times the price of any other garage. Very hard to get hold of and use strong arm tactics to get you to pay immediately”

“WARNING: Avoid Servicing Stop UK at all costs!* I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Servicing Stop UK for my car's service and MOT. My experience was absolutely appalling! Despite paying in advance, they held my car for 3 days without any communication. To add insult to injury, they then sent me a bill for £700 with no explanation! It's clear that Servicing Stop UK is engaging in scamming tactics, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. “Scam, do not use! They force you to leave a 5* review to be able to do the payment before even been able to see or try the car. First off, I booked my full service on a wednesday for the friday. They called me on Thursday evening to change the appointment to Monday, wich already was inconvenient but kept going as ive got a full service for £120 and the car was needing to look at. The garage people who took the car were very lovely, although stop servicing were a completely rip off. They called and a sales man try to sell us a Bill of 2.5k (same value as the car). It ended been £500 for changing the break fuel, engine flash (who knows what that is) and an oil surchage. Those Jobs shouldnt be more than £200 although they over charge quite a lot. The problem will end there but the car still exactly the same, with the same errors and the same problem in the engine.Tried to contact them to give me a solution and they dont want to be responsable. Again, cheap things ending costing to much. Do not use, you are much better off going directly to the garage. Dont deal with this people.”

“This company conned me mot service £125 I thought great picked my car up no problem then I had a phone call the next day he quoted me over £5000 to fix the car my Nissan quasqui 2012 I said no bring my car back so then I had a other phone call from a garage they ex it wouldn’t be that much it would be £1500 I the was shocked it was still slot if money 3 months later I got back due to not been able to get a headlamp then I suggested eBay the next day it was done total con the company and the garage partnership”

“Would only recommend this to my worst enemy! Bunch of scammers, Adam on the phone is very informal and unprofessional too. They lure you in with a cheap price and extort you. Things like charging almost £300 to change a Tyre. Charge you for oil change too. Up to four times the price of others.”

“Stupidly, I didn't read reviews on every platform and booked a service and MOT. They used scare tactics, told me my car had failed and was so dangerous it couldn't be moved from garage until work was carried out. My total bill was over £2000 for brakes and 2 new tyres. I negotiated to pay £1700 knowing I'd been conned...but not knowing what I could do about it! Got it back next day with an awful knocking noise. Took it to independent mechanic who nearly fainted when I told him the cost of work done - which he quoted me £280 for!! Then confirmed that the majority of work I'd paid for hadn't actually been done. No new brake disks or caliper. I've contacted trading standards who are aware of this company. This isn't a con...it's theft. DO NOT USE THEM. I have demanded a refund for work that hasn't been done...let's see where that gets me!”

“Took car for MoT and service then tried to demand £600 for adjusting the headlights!!!! Total con-men, avoId at all costs. Rang citizens advise and they are already well aware of their attempted fraud, AVOID AVOUD AVOID”

“Will never use this company again, stay well clear of them. Took my car for service and MOT, then heard nothing all day. When I called them at 5 pm I was told I would not get my car back on the day, as agreed, unless I paid an extra £475 for a supposed oil leak then I could get the car the day after. I asked for my car back and said there was nothing they could do as the garage was already closed. Had to miss work because of no car. When I declined to pay the extra to have the alleged work needed carried out they became rude on the phone. It took me 3 angry phone calls to get my car back. Dodgy and scammers, keep away from this company if you want to save yourself unnecessary stress and money.”

“AVOID!!! I would give -10 stars! I am deeply frustrated with the service I received regarding the repair of my vehicle. After being promised repeatedly that my car would be ready, I found myself waiting yet again, causing significant disruption to myself and family life. This miscommunication not only wasted my valuable time, but also left my family waiting for my return home. Over the past six weeks, I have been given inconsistent updates. Initially, I was assured that the car would be ready by the end of the week, but when Friday arrived, I was told it would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. This lack of transparency and failure to meet deadlines has been incredibly frustrating. If I had been informed from the start that the repair would take 5-6 weeks, my expectations and plans would have been entirely different. I prepaid £3600 for the repairs with the expectation of a timely service. Instead, the delay has cost me an additional £3500 in rental expenses due to the ongoing inconvenience of not having my car. The impact of this situation has gone beyond financial loss, over 10k; it has affected my personal life and the well-being of my family. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and stressful. I hope that in the future people wil take a note from my experience and will AVOID their services, as this situation has been unacceptable.”

“Rip of, tried to call me and say i needed 350 of work which i declined, charged me 30 for oil, the lad that dropped my car off, said the oil was included in price and they have charged me. Do not use”
