Pressuring to confirm and book. No garage details sent. Fortunately I cancelled before they could take my car. Dodged a bullet here. Do not use.

Service stop always gives a reasonable price then they ring up with extras but don’t give you time to process what they entail, I will never use them again, I will use local companies that you can rely on.

Waste of time and money, arranged the day for collection and have a MOT and service done, with only a few days before the MOT expires I received a phone message saying that no ones available to collect the car, please SMS to confirm your choice which Is did asking for a full refund so that I could make further arrangements. So no refund, no reply from servicing stop,is the result. It not always about the price !! maybe customer service is more important.

Avoid this company - the booking is misleading and they will sell you want is not needed so to get you to pay more. Returned y car with the service lights and warnings still showing. I have called repeatedly and have been told someone will come fix the service lights but it has not happened. Terrible terrible terrible service

Payed for a full service and got an oil and filter change, also had there office on the phone saying my car needs this that and the other doing,when the garage returned my car they told me non of that was the case ... absolutely disgusting behavior from them STAY CLEAR

What went wrong. They cancelled due to lack of drivers/ Collection staff in my area. Money processed very quickly, unfortunately refunds not so. Communication poor.

Appalling. They have not paid the garage. So I have no car. Also ignore the call texts. You won’t get calls. My advise. Keep clear of this bunch.

Really bad experience when overcharged for extra work. Pressurised to pay and unable to cancel within 14 days cooling off period due to no phone contact possible!!! Zero stars would be to much. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Please do not use this service. My car was taken to a garage the other side of Birmingham and I live in Wolverhampton, was told car failed MOT and I needed to pay an additional £30 for oil, the repair price was ridiculous. The live chat option is an auto bot that cannot answer a question just gives tge options over and over. There is no number to contact them. I now have my car back with the service light still on, no paperwork for the failed MOT and over a quarter of a tank of fuel used. I feel like I have been royally ripped off and could genuinely cry

I initially booked a full car service for £130, but was shocked to be charged £704 without any actual repairs being carried out. The company used misleading tactics—calling me to discuss supposed faults, then pushing me into an unnecessary payment plan. Despite sending over 15 emails to resolve the issue, I received no meaningful response or assistance. It was only after I filed a legal claim in court that they finally refunded my money and addressed the matter. This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. I strongly urge others to be cautious and double-check all charges before agreeing to anything. I do not recommend this service based on my experience.

Had service and MOT. Car came back squeaky and not feeling right so I contacted them to advise. They sorted the garage to pick up from my place of work. I had told them that I would not be able to pick up the phone if they called and instructed them where the keys were left - at a manned reception area at work, Garage ignored instructions. Called me. I couldn’t answer due to being at work. Now they are cancelling the service!!! And telling me because I failed to pick up the call I now need to get car to the garage myself. Not doable when I start work at the same time that the garage opens! They are now telling me to take my car to another garage for an inspection report and get back to them! More expense on my part…. Awful customer service

Please don’t use servicing stop LTD My car was to be picked up for a service and a mot today , no one got in touch with me the night before to arrange my car getting picked up , I’ve lost a whole day off work waiting on someone coming to collect it , I phoned the garage who was supposed to service it , they knew nothing about my service, the garage is now stopping there contract with them , absolutely terrible service , I’ve now had to find another garage who can do the work for me , I’ll never use the service again , I hope they pay me my refund back asap ! So stressful

My car was collected and the service and MOT (already paid) took place. Spoke with Dean S who was very polite and explained a fairly urgent repair was required and gave me the option of carrying out the work or getting quotes from elsewhere, which is what I’m doing. A good service - collection and delivery - and a fair price.

DO NOT USE Disgusting service. They have kept my car locked up in the garage even though I have paid. They have essentially stolen my car all weekend I am now having to get to the garage to get my car at 8am Monday as I need to travel. Overcharged for small things and paid and car not returned. Will never use again!! Do not recommend

Would avoid completely. Let down at last minute, being self employed costing me money as have to find a new garage. No indication of when I will get my money back and I need that to pay for my service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was genuinely one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. After agreeing to a service, I was told I had to pay £40 for an oil change in order for my car to be released. I paid this at 4:30pm and then heard absolutely nothing. When it got to 8pm, I started to panic. I managed to track down the garage where my car was being held, only to be told, “You haven’t paid, we can’t release it.” I had bank proof of payment right in front of me. No one cared. No help. Just more delays. I was left without my car for over 27 hours, missed an important client meeting, and was lied to multiple times about where the car was and when it would be returned. Then came the attempts to pressure me into paying £400 for extra services, which I declined. I later received another call trying to charge £220 for a windscreen washer fix that costs £30 max. Total rip-off. To make things worse, an MOT was carried out without my consent, even though it’s not due until November. Completely unauthorised and unnecessary. The final insult? I still don’t know if the service has been logged on the Mercedes portal. I asked for confirmation, and I’ve asked for a PDF receipt because the website won’t let me save one. Still nothing. I’ve since spoken to a trusted garage I’ve used in the past who confirmed the prices and recommended work were wildly inflated and completely unjustified. It’s clear the garages they partner with are scamming customers for unnecessary work at extortionate rates. This company should not be in business. Avoid at all costs.
