“This unfortunate experience serves as a glaring example of a well-orchestrated scam. I was misled into investing more than $120,500, all the while believing that I was earning significant profits. Yet, when I finally decided to withdraw my earnings, the scammers continually insisted that I pay even more money upfront. “Used their services and they asked me to make 30 pounds payment over my 120 I already paid for oil change and now I realize I am subscribed to premium and they charged me 25 pound but I never subscribe for it. Can someone help me”

“Car was collected early. Phoned up to check progress at 5.45 pm Was told the car would be delivered this evening It's now 8pm. Nobody available to talk to me Left without a car and I have a very important meeting early in the morning Was promised my car would be returned this evening but it hasn't. In fact it hasn't moved since 5.45 pm. I have a tracker on it Totally disgusted by the total lack of communication Will not be using servicing stop again”

“Awful company. Complete scammers! Similar to many reviews here, their modus operandi is consistent, they are scammers. They attract you with a low cost service and then ring you to say that you need all this ‘additional work’ which is all charged at extortionate over-inflated prices such as brake fluid change, engine flush. Do not use this company. I have no idea how they are still trading.”

“Cheats and scam artists. They give you cheap price and then ring you trying to up sell. I told them I only wanted what I agreed. They ignored that and then sent an email saying I had agreed to more work. I hadn't agreed so now they have my car and I can't get it back until I pay them £50 more. What option do you have? They are scam artists Just thieves don't use them!”

“My experience was awful. Firstly the driver who came to collect my car just sat in his own car rather than come to door to collect keys! The garage then relayed some advisory items that were suggested to service stop but they did not ring me until 5pm which was too late for garage to get done that day. I rang but the guy just hung up. And then called another time but again a different person listened and then hung up again rather than doing anything. The service really is not good. I hate putting up bad reviews but this was not a good experience.”

“DO NOT USE. Watch the Debra Meadon interview with the owners on YouTube. We need -☆ for this company. "Technical error " when I asked for recordings of 2 conversations I had with Chris. These would've proved 2 lies he told me. Contacted trading standards I got a reference number. I asked for a payment delay (3x) no reply. Scam and I have a feeling they target woman.”

“BIGGEST SCAMMING COMPANY EVER. IVE JUST HAD MY CAR SERVICED AND MOT DONE NEXT MINUTE I GET A CALL FROM SERVICING STOP IVE GOT TO PAY AND EXTRA £249 FOR BRAKE OIL CHANGE AND NEW POLLEN FILTER CHARGING ME £159 OIL CHANGE POLLEN FILTER £90 LUCKY I THOUGHT FAST AND CHECKED ONLINE UPON FINDING OUT ITS £45 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE BEST ONE. POLLEN FILTER £2.79 FROM EURO CAR PARTS AND DID IT MYSELF , 4 CLIPS TO TAKE OFF AND SLIDE IT IN AS EASY AS THAT , I WATCHED VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE IT WAS A 2 MINUTE JOB TO FIX IM FUMING NEVER USING THESE AGAIN , IVE POSTED THE PICTURES BELOW TO CHECK”

“What a con!!!!!! Anyone thinking of using this company do what it says in the name and STOP!!!! DONOT USE....... they refused to bring my car back if I did not pay extra £40 for oil, wanted over £100 to empty the old oil...... and because I refused to pay they put new oil into the tank of old oil...... u said I would go and collect my car but they said I couldn't that the mechanics would not release the car unless I paid the £40.68...... they were 4 hours late collecting the car I should have known then they were not going to be trustworthy...... I will and have told everyone I know not to ever use them I hope hope this will stop someone else loosing their hard earned money...... keep your money and go to soneone that you know, someone that your neighbours know but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR CAR BACK IF YOU DONT PAY!!!!!”

“Absolute scam, booked and never turned up, no way to get hold of them, live chat function doesn't work. Chatbot goes round in a loop and you can't get hold of anyone. Number that called me to confirm came up on my phone as suspect scam, so clearly their number has been linked to scam work. Luckily I didn't pay in advance but do not waste any time or money going near this company, they are not legitimate and a scam. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. The company shouldn't even exist.”

“Do Not Use Service Stop - Fraudulant approach to requirements. Was advised of a number of requirements "Needed" by service stop advisor on phone once initial service was completed, which sounded unlikely to be real, and I didnt want done. On return of the car the representative of the garage doing the work asked me what Service Stop had quoted me as the required work, which I fed back and he then showed me the email from SS to the Garage where they told the garage they needed to quote for these items. The Garage has said these were not needed and had been checked in good condition, but SS were insistent they quote for the work to be needed. This is a scam company, and a less honest garage would have just carried out whatever work was paid for. Be very aware of this tactic of creating false requirements alongside your service, and avoid at all cost is my advice.”

“Total scam of a company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They will claim you’ve signed up for a ‘Premium Membership’ and take out £25 a month from you and refuses to give you a refund!! Don’t go with them you think it’s a good deal but it actually isn’t . Wouldn’t even give 1 star”
