“Collected and dropped off as promised, unable to get intouch with anyone from servicing stop, they organise and choose the nearest garage on there books for work to be carried out, they appear to add on additional cost for there services ,costs the garage do not know about. Stay away find your own garage !!!!! Will not use them again.”

“Please do not ever use these. I booked this thinking it would be convenient all I got was sold additional things that I really didn't need as I had already had the parts replaced 3 months ago. They still trued to insist that I have the parts even after I explained 3 times they were nit needed. I was also advised 6:00 p.m. delivery and half an hour after I'm still waiting for my car and there is no customer services after 6:00 p.m. so I'm absolutely terrified I'm not going to get my car back.”

“I've given 1 star as no option for zero. It was collected and brought back as promised. However engine warning light came on after a few days and had to take it to Main Dealer for them to rectify it which cost over £1000. It could have been over filled with oil which messed exhaust sensors up. The garage that did the service was not the same garage that did the MoT. The garage that did the service looked like a back street garage. If we had taken it there ourselves we wouldn't have left it. Avoid at all costs Also beware of them charging you £25 a month towards them doing it next year. I hadn't realised and am now £100 down.”

“these guys are crooks. I’ve used them and they charge you more than what they actually quoted you but the worst part is that not even within a year the engine oil level that they provided from the full service is absolutely miserable because there was a warning sign that popped within the nine month of their service. I’ve asked him many times for renumeration however they just keep ignoring my emails. I have to share this so that people can avoid them at all costs.”

“Saw an online off for servicing with them for my Ford Ka. It was cheap at £119.00, but if I paid upfront, they would reduce it to £79.00ea. Car was collected, then 2 hours later I received a call saying the work I really needed doing was £497.00. I told the very pushy guy on the phone I don't have that amount. Started being verbally aggressive during the call. The end figure eventually, was £275.00. Avoid them at all costs.”

“Don't be stupid like me! I worked with this company and I feel like I have a very expensive car. But in reality it is a 2013 Kia worth £2,500 and I paid for the service (oil-filter)+auxiliary belt+brake oil change the amount of £989.16 which is more than double the real price, please be kind to these individuals”

“Went to Servicing Stop for a full service as I saw they had good pricing online - the driver that collected my car was lovely. However Service Stop called me and said I needed to pay 1500 in extra work done to the car .. then when I refused they gave me another quote of work I ‘actually needed’. When I got a call back and declined any work by the garage, the guy hung up on me as I was saying thank you. It’s a shame that they tried to do this when there is no actual problem with my car. Don’t let them pressure you.”

“They are only getting one star as I can't put zero stars. AVOID this company at all costs!!! They took my car for a routine service and I still haven't had it back almost 4 days later, with no contact from the advisor in over 24 hours. Absolute disgrace. Will be reporting them to trading standards and any other official body I can.”

“DO NOT USE. They are just a middleman who connect you with a garage and then change over the top of the garage price. Quoted me £593 for work I needed doing which I declined. Took to another garage and had exact same work done for £294. I suggest you find your own garage and save a lot of money.”

“Terrible company. Told me I hadn’t paid for an MOT when I had, charged me extra. Tried to get me to pay an extra £800 odd for work that “should be done” when all I actually needed was a rear brake light. When the garage returned the car, they knew nothing about these extra advisories. Furthermore such advisories would never have cost that much. These people are unscrupulous sales men, gaining financially through dishonesty!!!”
