Having used them previously & found them very good I tried to book a small package recently and it didn't go well.
Initially inputting the addresses was tedious as there wasn't any way to input an eircode and when logging into my account it kept freezing after pressing submit button, I contacted customer care who informed me they had alot of callers with same problem and to try using a different browser.
I subsequently used parcel2go & got sorted within mins at a cheaper rate.
