While the service itself was good, the costumer service isn't.
After the bag was delivered I had two (?) employees of the company asking for more money and after stating that my transfer didn't arrive and the bank account didn't even belong to them.
I never understood why they did this last part, but I didn't accept to send more money (another transfer), and they ended up apologizing stating they found my initial transfer's money.
