“I was a bit worried with giving my bags to someone to deliver due to that fact that they may lose it. But I was able to track my bag at every step and it got delivered the day I moved into my new place! I was so happy !”

“Reliable, good value, efficient and very helpful. Have used them to send cases to Norway to my student daughter and despite the crazy bureaucracy now required, due to Brexit, they were always on hand to help navigate the cases' passage safely to her. I also sent a case to her in Leeds a few weeks ago and it was there the next day. Will always use SendMyBag now.”

“Price was reasonable and bag arrived intact and early! Picked up from our home and dropped off at our daughter's dorm. Quite easy. Packing to customs' specifications was a little challenging - read all instructions carefully (requires inventorying items and leaving certain things out). It would be even better if all the forbidden items were listed more clearly in one place, though instructions were generally clear and thorough. It would also help if DHL would offer a narrower pickup window than a full day.”

“Exactly as described! We were going to be in Europe for a week of cycling, but to get there we needed two connections. We really didn't want to take a chance with checking our bags given all the recent horror stories, so we took a chance on SendMyBag. It was a flawless experience! Our bag arrived exactly when they said it would and it was in great shape. Highly recommend!”
