“This was my fourth time using the Send My Bag service, but my first time shipping from the US to Europe. I received my bag in just 3 days! It was super quick and easy. My only complaint was that my bag was somewhat damaged during the trip, but it is still useable. Will definitely use again!”

“I have used Send My Bag 3 timesin the past. Once was to send boxes to my daughter in France, and once to send her extra packed luggage home to America . I also used it to send packed luggage to Virginia from New York. All 3 times everything from pickup until delivery went smoothly. I was always kept informed on where everything was in transit. I would absolutely recommend using this company.”

“I've used the service multiple times to send my bags and packages from abroad to my student accommodation. In all occasions I have found the service very organized, on time with the delivery and professional. Prices are relatively affordable, however, I would expect prices to be just a bit lower, students being the main target. Overall however, service is very good! :)”

“Very accomodating and although a little stressful, my bags got where they needed to go! They were never picked up on the first day, though because I wasn’t there I didn’t know who was at fault (I did my part). I rang up and they came again the next day free of charge. It was in the middle of nowhere in Essex, Montana, so I was extremely grateful!”
