“The paperwork is plentiful but instructions are clear, there’s lots of do’s and don’ts but that was because of the strict regulations in Australia. That said we were kept well informed of its journey and it arrived a few days after we did. I’d recommend, it’s a lot cheaper than taking an extra case to the airport.”

“Service was excellent. I made an error when booking as had decided to have bag delivered from another address. I contacted the company via live chat and the error was rectified immediately and luggage picked up and delivered in 24 hours as promised.”
