“Had a great experience shipping back a large, heavy suitcase from Paris to the US (NJ) as part of my relocation: incredibly easy to book and prepare my bag, and the shipping was very fast and on-time. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to know a more precise pick-up window (vs having to wait from 9-18h; DHL finally came at 16h), but I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to others. For the size and weight of my suitcase, I know it saved me a lot of money, and it was also worth not having the aggravation of bringing it to and from the airport when I was flying with other luggage.”

“Send my bag were helpful and sending the bag was ok but a lot more paperwork now needed. The problem was that you pay the Brexit surcharge when sending the actual SMB fee and then you still get hit by more border fees at customs due to Brexit. So the service now costs more than the double and therefore not as attractive next time will likely take bag with me on the plane.”
