“Everything was perfect. I sent two big suitcases from New Zealand to Italy. I was a bit scared about the service, the long distance, the cost and unexpected duty problems but at the end everything worked perfectly. The service is very reliable and convenient and all the process was very fast and smooth from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend it.”

“This was the perfect way to get my daughter's extra clothes to her for her year in Scotland. She couldn't take everything on the plane and this was a fast and efficient way to get her things to her. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it. They delivered very quickly and right from my door to her door! Excellent!”

“Service overall was great and my bag arrived at its destination even more quickly than expected. You do have to print your own label - I was under very strict lockdown (Melbourne) and with no printer of my own. Thankfully my flatmates had a printer as otherwise I would have been in a tricky situation. There should be an option for the company to print it for you (especially as Send My Bag offers free bag tags - they could be sent together), even if it incurs an additional small fee. Overall, very happy with the service. Would recommend and use again.”

“I sent a box from Ireland to Melbourne and found the service excellent. It was quick delivery during the Covid pandemic and I got regular updates on the status of the package. The only small flaw with the service was the amount of forms and information which was required to send the box (but I think that is a requirement and nothing to do with the company). Excellent service and would definitely recommend”

“Very expensive plus hidden charges - they couldn't even provide bag tags. Bag was utterly rummaged, I may have lost things/had things stolen. Received with broken contents. Just generally very slow!”

“Send my Bag has has delivered the Service as it promised and delivered on the days it stated - in one case the day before. For an even better Service it would be good to have more specific time slots, even it was only an indication on the day when the delivery’s/collection it would be.”

“Send My Bag does what it says on the tin. The bag was picked up exactly on time and arrived at the other end of the country the next day although I had been told it could take up to 2 days. Great service.”

“Once I had read all the information - it was pretty straightforward. The labels did not arrive though - this may be because of the country I am in or current pandemic situation so had to affix myself. This could be a NOTE for customers to allow enough time for labels to arrive. Used twice now and 2nd time super easy as I knew what I was doing !”
