“Very good service fully informed during the eye test explaining what was happening and why. Very friendly staff and helpful during the whole process of choosing new glasses. St Giles Norwich parking outside the shop a bonus.”

“Got an appointment very quickly and suited my request (for day and time). Upon arrival i was seen very quickly, the initial test was done professionally and i was told clearly what was happening. The optician took time to explain in details about all the test and made referrals to my GP to send me for further tests on the NHS. Overall very pleased with Scrivens and would definitely recommend them and have absolutely no problem going back to Scrivens again in the future.”

“Such a professional service and team. I was given an appointment that worked for my working schedule, I had a polite reminder both by text and by phone. The reception to my appointment was professional and I was seen promptly, the optician explained each step of the appointment and was thorough, I have and will continue to highly recommend your service. I only recieved my consultation on Saturday so cannot comment on delivery time. Well done 👏”

“From the moment I walked into the Liscard branch I was greeted with a warm welcome, all staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Each member of staff took the time to make sure I was happy with my eye test and choice of frames, excellent customer service.”

“From the minute I walked in, throughout the eye test, and to the minute I left the premises, I felt valued and cared for. All the staff were fantastic. I was reassured about my sight, choice of new glasses and of course hygiene in the premises.”

“Scrivens staff were very polite and helpful and explained everything fully. My optician was Jason and he was brilliant, very thorough and explained everything fully. Would highly recommend! Also there was a lot of options for glasses at brilliant prices!”

“Further to my previous review stating that my spectacles had no arrived Today I received a call from the manageress at the Witney shop a very nice lady called Jen Jen advised me that my order had finally arrived and she agreed to deliver them to me at my home address as I could not leave my disabled wife alone. I must say what fantastic service and totally unexpected Glad to say that as soon as I put on the new glasses everything was perfect. Thank you Jen and your staff”

“I would thoroughly recommend Scrivens opticians of Clifton in Bristol for their dedication in helping their elderly clients. Because my 100 year old mum was unable to get out, Nina from the Clifton branch went out of her way to deliver mum’s new hearing aids to her, so that she could enjoy company as fully as possible. On behalf of my mum and her family we thank you all for your help and kindness in our hour of need. You truly went above and beyond in making mum’s life better.”
