“Just had 6 monthly lens check at Cotteridge Branch. Always good service and first class helpful - special thanks to Marie as always. BUT Scrivens what have you done to the branches following your refurbishments….. not good, why have you inserted a podium it’s looks like a political speech is about to start. In my opinion this layout is not customer friendly, in fact it’s very cynical and clinical. Re think again and please change back - not a good look to customers entering the shop”

“The team at the Feltham Scrivens branch, led by Dipesh provides exceptional service. Lea assisted me and was extremely helpful and friendly, Shilpa performed my eye test and I had great results with crystal clear glasses. Overall the team's attentiveness and professionalism make for a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this optician for anyone seeking top-notch service.”

“The Staff were more than helpful, they were courteous and kind. The Audiologist, Aasiyah Chhadat was excellent and very knowledge able and very patient with a very pleasant personality. Would definitely recommend Scrivens.”

“I have been a customer at the Heanor branch for several years. Some members of staff have changed in that time but they all have one thing in common. They are all very pleasant and helpful. However, more importantly, they get the job done properly and ensure that I am happy. On my most recent visit, mid March '24, that familiar friendly welcome is still there. A big THANK YOU to you all.”
