I am not able to use this hearing aid ,not able to put in thing in my ears. I have tried since january. Due to k virus I am not able tovisit the centre. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE HEARING AID.

I have always rated scrivens very highly but felt really let down when the week you re opened I rang Banbury branch re symptoms of a detached retina I was experiencing and was very concerned as I have already gone through emergency surgery for a previous detachment. My call was picked up by head office who took my details and promised Banbury branch would get back to me asap. They never did but I was seen on the same day as an emergency by Spec Savers. I am now considering transferring my care to them as I feel very disappointed that given my history of retinal issues Scrivens did not follow up my call. I feel sad about this as in the past Scrivens have been really good. It would be good to discuss this.

I am not happy with my glasses they seem to have a coating on that keeps smearing never had this on any other glasses. I have not had time to go back with them yet as I have been working but I will go back with them on Wednesday or thursday

Utterly appalling. Appointments booked that the audiologist wasn’t aware of. Then double booked. Then third appointment made and audiologist STILL not aware. Dreadful service. Avoid.

Can’t believe this place generally has good reviews. We’ve had nothing but problems with them. First return appointment the Specialist wasn’t aware of the booking and had gone home. Second we were double booked. Third time again booking taken by the ‘central’ booking service hadn’t reached the audiologist (is that the correct reference?). Seriously, don’t bother with this organisation - useless. They only get two stars because the actual aids are ok - nothing special but ok. Shame the follow up service is DREADFUL!

first pair of specs did not work just double vision hopefully sorting this problem out on the26feb at £400 a pair I hope so happy to up date you more later on

Was very impressed last year when I had my eyes tested but this year it has been a complete mess up with my prescription being wrong.

After supplying an incorrect prescription refusing to pay anything toward spectacles made to prescription at another supplier, even after admitting the error

I didn’t think some of the staff were very friendly , I didn’t feel comfortable , I have used Scrivens for years but I don’t think I will be going back to the Halesowen branch .

Wrong lenses ordered, pretty vital when ordering glasses. You'd have thought I'd have got a free box of lens wipes or something considering the price of the frames.

Was called in for eye check 3 months too early. Precribed the wrong lenses which meant I had to travel to sheffield 3 times before it was sorted. £2.60 parking each time. I have been attending scrivens for many years and have always been very satisfied but will look elsewhere now.

Hi, to be honest with you I am not happy with my glasses it is not comfortable at all, you made me a glasses with joint views,but any time I wear it I get headache and it’s not clear to see

The service from the local branch was great, can not fault them. However I have spoken with a couple of friends who have also received glasses and it appears you are very expensive and I could have bought my glasses for £90.00 less. Really £90.00

Part time staff, so hard to get appointments, when staff are ill shop does not open, glasses are vey expensive

Excellent eye test. Difficulty in choosing frames due to lack of choice. Went to pick up frames, they were broken in the shop almost in front of my eyes. I was understandably annnoyed and the manager completely ignored the issue. Made yet another trip to pick up new glasses; this time one lens fractured in the shop. Eventually I did receive my glasses and was given a discount on the lenses. I may not return to Scrivens.

very pricey Get other quotes be shop smart and if you have elderly relative please attend with them to guide them thro the purchase .

Not happy either services had new glasses and checks at New branch as moved after several emails from old branch rang head office they said will sort still getting email service at new branch very bad and glasses not good at all good will have to return
