“Took 6 weeks and 2 days from the time order was placed to obtain my new glasses. Two separate faults with manufacture of lenses. Fault was not with Scrivens directly but you have chosen to use an unsatisfactory subsidiary to produce your glasses. Shop staff were pleasant and helpful but little evidence of any sense of urgency to put right the errors. In 50 years of wearing glasses I have never experienced this sort of delay. Have been promised £50 refund to be paid to my credit card. Hope this does not take as long as the glasses.”
