“The team at the Feltham Scrivens branch, led by Dipesh provides exceptional service. Lea assisted me and was extremely helpful and friendly, Shilpa performed my eye test and I had great results with crystal clear glasses. “I have been a customer at the Heanor branch for several years. Some members of staff have changed in that time but they all have one thing in common. They are all very pleasant and helpful. However, more importantly, they get the job done properly and ensure that I am happy. On my most recent visit, mid March '24, that familiar friendly welcome is still there.
