We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Good price but tubes turned up a bit battered and some of the ends looked like they had been cut a bit ragged.”

“Had a quality problem with the rolls of bubble wrap and got sent out two new rolls so problem sorted out instantly”

“Prompt delivery for which I am grateful! Only qibble is that a huge box was dumped on my doorstep (the delivery person didnt bother to wait for me to open the door) which left it exposed to thieves... Also all 100 tiny Bubble Pouches were dumped in the same box as the other stuff so it took a while to count and sort. Suggest tying up each product so theyre separated. Other than that v happy. The ColomPac 020.01 Book Wrap Boxes are a revelation! Thanks.”

“The cardboard boxes we ordered arrived well packaged and on time. The quality of the cardboard is not the same as ones I have used before bearing “DW” ; it’s thinner and lighter!”

“Nice strong boxes, very well packed and delivered in a timely manner with great comms. Reason for loss of a star: I ordered these specifically to package my 12-inch vinyl collection for storage, and the boxes are not quite large enough, and get 'stretched' by the records, which puts strain on the closure and then the packaging tape. My problem, but worth knowing if you're thinking of using these boxes (12x12x12) for the same purpose. You'll need a lot of tape. Sorry.”

With regard to the size of your boxes, we'd recommend Double Wall 14x14x14" boxes for vinyl records, as the record sleeves can make vinyl's larger than 12" and therefore too tight for the boxes.
