We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Ordered small bubble wrap and large. Selected this company by price but a mistake as the small bubble wrap bursts as soon as you touch it… the larger bubble wrap is slightly better but still an inferior product. Other bubble wrap we have been able to re use but this will be disposed of. Delivery efficient though.”

“The tape gun although cheap does not work, should have looked for something better”

“We have had a lack of communication from Schott. I have spent valuable time chasing delivery, querying and submitting a claim form for non receipt of an item, which has now been received. However, when asking for feedback you request that we advise you before giving negative feedback yet Schott do not appear to be forthcoming to the customer.”

“Quick despatch and delivery, however the product is almost not fit for purpose. I bought Bubble wrap and the quality is really bad and too thin.”

“Boxes were smaller than expected , bit disappointed . Expensive but seem ok quality . Prompt service but due to size and what you actually get for the money ( £66 ) for two packs of boxes . Poor value and wouldn’t recommend as I’m about to move and hoped for more value . Sorry won’t use …shame”

“We ordered a certain brand as advertised and received a substitute. Poor. The only reason I did not give them a 1 was that it arrived quickly and cleanly. Would not order from them again though.”

I can see from your order details that you have purchased the Low Noise Clear Packing Tape, unfortunately, there have been some supply issues with CelloFix branded tape, therefore, we have a substitute tape in the meantime which is very similar to the CelloFix brand. We have noted this in the item description for customers so that this is expected upon delivery. “Not ideal packaging for kraft paper rolls, the plastic wrap was torn, and it was raining so got slightly wet! Use boxes.”

“We bought a package entitled 2-3 bedroom house removal kit for £65 and it didn't even last half of our 2 bedroom flat. Total rip off.”

“Schott Packaging not a problem. Friendly helpful and for the most part efficient. However, their courier service partner is shockingly poor!!! So much so, being in the service industry and having to manage products and vehicles I would seriously consider severing ties with Yodel (courier in the instance) if I were in charge of their logistic department. If their service partner cannot find a warehouse on an industrial estate that is clearly sign marked, and having been provided an adjoining companies details as well that has been in operation for decades then they have serious issues. Those issues reach far beyond that of a simple come on guys we need to do better. The following yes / no questions for the most part I'm unable to answer as they never actually delivered the product. I obtained the product protection from another source.”

“I ordered the 1-2 bedroom removal pack. Boxes are of good quality but the quality of the packing tape is very bad. It is not strong enough to keep even light boxes closed.”

“Good quality goods, however they delivered to the wrong address”
