Worst packing tape I've ever purchased,not as described,very very thin and doesn't stick.

Only sent half the order and keep replying to emails with "sorry to hear you only received half your order" but nothing resolved

One package out of two failed to arrive. Rescheduled delivery request didn’t take place when asked for either. Packaging quality OK but there are other suppliers you can choose from with better quality bubble wrap. Not too sure if it is Schott Packaging who has the problem with deliveries or their contracted courier/delivery company DX? Either way the customer delivery aspects of their brand and product offering needs reviewing to ensure deliveries take place according to their e mail messages and on line website communication.

Had 2 orders now - both times the boxes have arrived open with the order spilling out!

Ordered 9 boxs of 500mm x 50m once arrived the driver dropes it to the front door which was helpful as previously no driver did i had ro collect myself but once inside the house saw at night a few cockroaches coming out of the box will never use this company again

Delivery expected Monday, 30th May. The seller explained the order was dispatched to the incorrect delivery address. Promised a new order would be dispatched & delivered to the correct address on Tuesday, 31st May. However, the order did not arrive. As a result, paid for items received no goods. Opened a PayPal case, awaiting the sellers response. Poor service. Would not recommend!

I ordered 2000 document wallets for next day delivery. goods arrived 7 days later. no offer of refund for any incomvenience

We. Ordered some bubble wrap as we were moving house. The first lot we ordered was good and was delivered promptly. As we had run out and needed more we ordered some more. However the second lot was awful. Poor quality not robust enough for the job. Very disappointed.

Bubblewrap order was processed but no goods received. On that basis I can't really report a positive experience!

the product is ok, even the delivery, but they were too much keep sending a review email, every bloody day, It is rediculous

No despatch advice from Schott or delivery notice from Yodel. This is the second time my orders have been delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. No attempt to contact me or note left to tell me where the goods have been left. It was only when I contacted Schott, that they told me it had been delivered.

My delivery was supposed to be next day which I paid for and it has not arrived and it’s now 21.49pm Poor service when you are trying to pack up a house! I was relying on the deliver to to be on time, very disappointed

First time customer. Needed 5 strong boxes in a hurry - you only sent 4 ! While I was refunded for the missing box I think such a simple mistake is completely avoidable.

Last 2 orders were a disaster! 1st order had lots of damaged boxes 2nd order was delivered to the wrong place and left sitting outside in heavy rain for 1 day and then, again boxes were damaged. The company they use for delivering has changed and now not so good and they don't communicate with the person who is waiting for the order and then you get the situation of it being dumbed at the wrong place. We have now taken our business else where

I have still not received my goods and had no confirmation to say they have been dispatched but have been advised they have been delivered, so currently trying to locate them and waiting for your team to get back to me, so at the moment I am not happy.

I ordered boxes and tape for a house move on Sunday evening. Yodel made one attempt to deliver when I was not home on Tuesday afternoon and left a note saying it will be delivered the next day. I waited in on Wednesday and no delivery. I called on Thursday morning and was told the package was on the lorry and will be delivered that day. I waited in all day, no delivery. I called again Thursday evening and Friday morning and was assured that the package will be delivered. I cancelled an appointment on Friday so as not to miss the delivery but nothing! On Saturday I was forced to buy boxes from Argos and pack through the night. I never received my order although I paid for it. I would like my money refunded. Please let me know where to send my bank details for the refund. I will never order anything from your firm again and will not buy anything from a firm that uses Yodel for their deliveries.

We ordered on the Thurs next day delivery expecting it to arrive Mon at the latest. No delivery Monday so called and were promised a call back the next dat by 10am, no call so managed to get through about 12:30. It was acknowledged that we spoke but no apology for not returning the call. We’re promised it would be resent that day but no tracking number arrived. Called to be told it hadn’t be resent because they had forgotten about it. Were told we would receive refund a refund for the delivery charges (still to recieve) and that it would be dispatched the next day to arrive Thursday. It’s now Friday and STILL no packaging has arrived. Lost all faith and will be calling for a FULL refund.
