We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Placed an order for 3 rolls of bubble wrap, have received 2 rolls in the same box. Am now awaiting the 3rd roll. I have sent a message relating to this but as yet have had no reply. Please reply asap - thank you”

“I got my packaging in good time and the box quality is good. I wouldn't have said this will be enough packaging fro a 3 bedroom house and certainly I know I will need more buble wrap and tape”

“I paid what seems extra for 2 rolls of bubble wrap - I did this because I wanted a good firm bubble wrap and not the flimsy type. However, in my opinion this was the flimsy wrap. Possibly you can recommend an alternative bubble that was not obviously on display.”

“Ordered online my order was missed or not showing up had to email to get an update order sent out 2 different days was not told this would happen”

“I ordered on gold & 1 purple and the box's were quite weak and they soaked up water quickly maybe an outer lining or option of that would be good.But this time they were too 😴.I got a message saying it was coming on a Tuesday because I got the next day delivery but it came on a Thursday a college day”

“Delivered in two lots instead of one. Second one was left out in the rain and is currently drying out on top of a car. First one was ripped in transit”

“Good customer service. Quick delivery but the brown tape is very thin, not strong. Bubble wrap is also very thin, never senn anything so thin. You will need to use twice the amount because of that. The corrygated carboard rolls are also on the thin side. So if you need good protection by doubble or something else. I would rather pay a bit more and get better material. Cheep is not always the most important thing.”

“The product supplied was different from the picture. I specifically wanted Cellofix tape, as in their picture, but was supplied non-branded tape. I have bought brown packing tape from other suppliers and it's all been rubbish, so thin it doesn't run off the dispenser properly. I haven't tried this tape yet, my review reflects my expectation from what I ordered and what was supplied.”
