We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Absolutely shocking customer service. Order arrived damaged and what isn't damaged is of extremely poor quality. The customer service advisor was unhelpful and rude and I'm now left with almost £100 worth of boxes fit for the bin as they have offered a 20% refund which is a laughable solution. Definitely won't be ordering again”

Once we were made aware the items arrived damaged, we offered a full refund via return, where you had the option of collection or drop-off. We also offered a 20% partial refund as an alternative if you preferred to keep the items rather than return. I understand none of those initial options felt convenient at the time, but I am pleased to see that collection was arranged and completed, and the full refund has been processed. We take damaged deliveries seriously and always aim to put things right rather than leave a customer dissatisfied.
