We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Paid for a 'before 10:30 am' delivery, missed the delivery on a time-sensitive order, arrived 5 hours late and damaged, had to chase for updates constantly, no phone number for telephone support, then made out like the items weren't damaged as they were signed for as 'clean' delivery? Despite the truck being late and containing damaged goods, it's my fault for not taking photos to prove it? Probably a decent packing company as they are competitively priced but their promise of timed delivery really lets them down. Unfortunately, we won't be using them as our supplier because of this delay.”

Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry the delivery arrived outside the promised morning slot - we know that's especially frustrating on a time-sensitive order, and we appreciate it's disappointing when the haulier does not meet the expectations. Our team kept you updated as soon as we received information from the haulier, a contact number is available if you would have preferred a phone call. If items are damaged, the standard process is to note any damage at the point of signing, and unfortunately that wasn't done here, which normally means a claim can't be pursued with the haulier. Even so, we provided a refund of the delivery charge and compensation for the damaged stock as a gesture of goodwill, as we understood the delivery hadn't gone as it should have. This was a highly unusual let-down from our haulier rather than how deliveries normally go. If you would like to try our services again, we'd be happy to maintain the voucher and offer a timed delivery service as a goodwill. Kind Regards Schott Packaging

“The packaging of tbe bubble wrap was good. However, I order small bag by mistake. It was frustrating to fi d these vagswere loose.It would have been helpful to put them in a small box or bag. My order was delivered quickly.”

“The bubble wrap is absolutely fine. It came packaged in a flimsy cardboard box that was poorly stuck shut. 1 flap each end (top and bottom) was flapping. Previous purchases came in a poly bag sealed with tape or zip ties. I think that the cardboard was unnecessary and not fit for purpose. I ordered bubble wrap and I am completely happy with that.”
