About Schott Packaging:

We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“I was contacted to say the product was in fact out of stock, there would be a delay in supplying. There was and when it finally arrived it was poorly packaged, ‘not great for a packaging company.’ Sent loosely in a large box damaging at least three of the tubes ordered. I did not contact to complain as I have no confidence future items would be dealt with any better.”
