We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “I'm very pleased with my purchase of 2 x 100 metre rolls of bubble wrap, which arrived very quickly and well packaged. I found Schott Packaging via a YouTube link from 'married to reselling' who highlighted the misleading listings from other online seller who advertise 100 metres but who don't actually send that amount. This has happened to me twice and although I didn't measure the rolls, itwas very obvious that rolls from elsewhere were half the size. I will definitely use Schott Packaging again.”

“Excellent, excellent, excellent. The customer service from Schott Packaging is top notch. I made the mistake of putting the wrong postcode against the address, and therefore the package got returned to Schott. I emailed customer service to tell them that my parcel had been returned to them and wanted to know why? Also, to ask if a new parcel could be sent out that day. Not a problem was the reply. Customer service them rang me to explain what I had done. Even though it was my mistake, nothing was too much for them. So, hats off to you guys in customer service, especially Chelsey, please take a bow!! Many thanks to you all.”
