“I have emailed customer service and left a 1 star view already and I am still awaiting a response a week later. On the play plex website is stats that all authentic products have a QR code on the back and not to buy if a QR code is missing or tampered with. I brought no.4 no.5 and no.3 4 &5 the packaging is intact but no.3 the QR code has been cut off. Are the products fake?! I don’t want to use this product on my hair and it is an expensive product. I have been waiting a response for a week and have heard nothing back, then today had an email to leave a review, so this is the second one I’m leaving”

“Best price I could find out there and Scentsational delivered! And didn't deliver well! Love olaplex but this was a gift for my daughter as I've converted her too! I will definitely be buying from Scentsational again.”

“Item was boxed up really well and was genuine aftershave. Had issue with late delivery but that was Hermes fault and was very quickly dealt with by your customer services. Would buy again.”

“My usual Olaplex conditioner was out of stock where I normally buy it, so I did a google for an alternative store. I must admit that I was slightly concerned initially, just because the price per bottle was a lot less than what I usually pay, but seriously I'm now so pleased I've found this shop! Really quick delivery, and the products are genuine (my main worry!). I've just placed a second order for my shampoo this time!”
