I have emailed customer service and left a 1 star view already and I am still awaiting a response a week later. On the play plex website is stats that all authentic products have a QR code on the back and not to buy if a QR code is missing or tampered with. I brought no.4 no.5 and no.3 4 &5 the packaging is intact but no.3 the QR code has been cut off. Are the products fake?! I don’t want to use this product on my hair and it is an expensive product. I have been waiting a response for a week and have heard nothing back, then today had an email to leave a review, so this is the second one I’m leaving
