“Description as being unboxed was hidden, I didn't realise until it arrived and I went back to check. If I had seen it was advertised as unboxed I wouldn't have bought it as it is for a present. You should make this a lot more clear”

“I bought a bottle of perfume for my wife's birthday which was in two days time. I paid extra to have next day delivery so it would be here for her birthday. It arrived about a week later. I realise that delivery can be delayed for various reasons but after several ignored & unanswered emails I still haven't had my 'next day postage' costs refunded after three months waiting.”

“The packagaing was awful, and the box holding the perfume arraived terribly damagd and ripped.. Really diappointed as this was bought as a gift and looks awful. This oculd have been easily avoided with slightly more care. Based on this, I'm afraid I would not buy from you again or recommend you to others.”
