“Trying to return an un-opened perfume due to timing has not met... Printed the returned label. Tracking told that the the company has received the the returned perfume. Still no response/update from Scentsational.... An Updated: The commnunication has been consistent (thought not ideal due to the currenty Situation). The correspondence to this store has been doing a fantastic job to the keep up everyone's query. Thus I have changed my review ratings”

“I ordered the product over three weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Could you please provide me with a reasonable delivery date so I understand when I might expect to receive my product. It seems more reasonable for me to ask you to spend time doing that as opposed to you asking me for a survey”

“Very pleased with the process from ordering from Scentsational to receiving my items, I pIaced 2 orders for 5 items within 6 days, items were well packaged and delivery was quite quick, considering the situation we all currently find ourselves in. My only issue is that 2 of my items did not come with the clear plastic lids over the gold bottle tops and on items which are not cheap I'd expect them to be intact but due to the savings and offer on my 2 orders and how pleased I was otherwise, I have given you the full 5 star review, also I can be fussy over little things like this and others wouldn't be bothered in the slightest, it's not a major issue so I couldn't knock a star off for the small issue. Would use again in the future definitely. Thank you.”
