Hi Jennifer As confirmed by email, On you order you just put your town and postcode the delivery driver did not know where to deliver. Regards Scentsational

“Good service but was expecting to have the pump dispenser that was in both bottles as shown in the picture when ordered. This was the only reason I chose to order from this website as there were plenty of other site’s with the shampoo but not showing the pump dispensers and at slightly less money.”

“1st time I used Scentsational I was cautious as I'd never heard if them and was conscious the products I was buying were legit. However I was impressed with my experience from purchase to receipt of items. Bought Olaplex at a really competitive price, free delivery. Delivery was quick even during Covid. Items were legit. I would use Scentsational again and would recommend to friends and family.”
