“Quick delivery. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was out of stock. My refund initially didn't come through as indicated it would and I did have to chase it up in the New Year, but this may have been due to the Christmas holiday period. Once I contacted the company the refund came through within a few hours.”

“I was desperately in need of a specific brand of eu de toilet. I first contacted Scentsational by phone, the lady was very helpful and guided me through the steps to obtain the fastest results. The perfume arrived extremely fast just in time to take it with me as a present. 5* service thank you.”

“I ordered two items from here i ordered one and the next day ordered a different item but the first item never came but the second item did. They did give me a full refund but only when i contacted paypal. Dont get me wrong the second item came the next day”

“Wonderful Present!! My Boyfriend loved the bag. The colour,style, texture, structure of bag was so liked by him. I was impressed too with the bag along with an affordable price. So anyone going through the review to see if they should buy or not? Just don’t think, go ahead and get the beautiful ralph lauren bag.”

“Placed order and paid extra for next day delivery and it didn’t get despatched, When I rang was told item not in stock even though website states all items in stock. Was told on phone item now in stock and would be despatched that day for next day delivery, yet again not despatched so I was lied to on the phone. I contacted them again to be told again waiting on stock and would be despatched next working day. At this point I had no trust in what I was being told by this company so cancelled order and got refund. Absolutely shocking customer service and will not use this company again. Only gave 1 star as zero was not an option.”
