“I bought the scandiborn for my granddaughters birthday and have yet to see her face when she opens the gift. I opened the parcel when it arrived and had to stop myself from completely unpacking it, she looked so cute, l wanted to hold her iimediately”

“Ordered an all in one smart looking suit. It was delivered to the wrong address. Had to chase up to find this out. Was assured it would be re-deliverd to the correct address. Then was informed they had to refund and I shoudl reorder. On re-ordering the welcome discount code had expired/been used. Emailed back to ask for another code. With no reply. Poor serivce and total waste of time.”

“I placed an order for a mattress 2 months ago, and I'm still waiting for half of the mattress to arrive (with no indication of when it will arrive). It's a mattress in two parts, and I received the first half a month after placing the order. These delays are really unacceptable. If you don't have something in stock you should either mark it as out of stock or give an indication for how long the wait would be.”

“The item was damaged on arrival and I have emailed them twice, but have yet to receive a reply. There was no delivery note and therefore unable to return the Olli Ella Doll Luggy”

“This little kitchen was perfect for my granddaughter. She is quite tall and so the leg extensions were a great idea. She loved all the accessories that came with it. All in all a great hit.”
