“Parcel arrived promptly. Not sure of quality as it is a Christmas present delivered direct to person so it is not opened yet. Cannot give you more feedback due to this.”

“I ordered a cot which arrived with a broken screw meaning it could not be put together properly. It took over 3 months to receive a replacement screw. I often had to chase customer service for any reply to my emails asking about this. I was offered £50 compensation which doesn’t come close to making up for the delay.”
