“Fabulous toys of great quality.. beautiful wooden toys.. very robust and beautiful colours.. I have also bought many of the soft dolls and rabbits for my nieces daughters, gifts for friends baby’s,stocking fillers.. the list is endless.. my favourite go to shop for children’s gifts..”

“I ordered last Wednesday 25th August. I paid for next day delivery to Belfast, and after realised this is only for uk mainland. But it has still not arrived. You should not take payment for next day delivery to a location you can’t offer this service”

“The return process is a real hassle. First of all, the package came without any return label or print out the receipt. You need to contact customer service to request the return label. Then print out the order confirmation on your own then send it back. I don't have a printer at home and now need to find out a printer store to print the e-receipt. This is one of the most hassle online shopping experiences I ever have.”
