“After receiving the wrong items and a slightly delayed response from the customer service team, the Scandiborn team worked their magic and sorted everything! Not only did they replace the items that should have been delivered and sent them on an express delivery, they also asked me to donate the baby toys that were sent incorrectly to the local children’s charity.”

“Products are great. But it was disappointing to see that an item in the sale, that I actually had in my basket, became unavailable. As soon as the sale ended, and the item went back up to full price, it was straight away available to preorder. Despite being in sale it would have been nice to have been given the option to preorder at that price.”

“The teddy arrived with a dirty smudge on its face. The parcel was poorly packed. Not happy having to pay for return postage and the process was a right faff. Not used Scandiborn before and won’t be again sorry”
