“I have in contact with Charlotte at your company regarding orderno. 517951 which was not suitable and I sent it back to the address that was on the envelope by first class post, this was a keighley address I since been advised that you did not receive it. I am very disappointed to hear this, and I am asking you to reimburse my in good faith. It was an expense item that I paid Ā£25+3.95 postage, which was a high price for the postage. It should obviously be somewhere in your keighley address. I look hopefully toward your satisfactory reply . The envelope was ripped and there was no delivery note with.”

“They were very helpful with the return. They kept me informed. Itā€™s too bad I couldnā€™t use store credit between US and UK websites.”

“I purchased a little cloth doll - Evie- as a gift for my granddaughter. Beautiful doll! Very soft and small enough for a young child. Loved the box that the doll came in too! Very prompt service. Thanks”
