“10 Negative stars Ordered a playhouse Jan 17. The website states 5-8 days to ship. My credit card was charged the same day. This is my 2nd inquiry- I never heard back the first time, they say due to COVID their response times are currently up to 5 days. I told them to cancel my order- let's see if I EVER see a refund. The company is completely unprofessional.”

“I ordered 2 prints on the 20/01. One arrived quickly but it was damaged. The other took a while to arrive and when it did it was the wrong print. The customer service team responded quickly but I still haven’t received the correct/new prints or had any updates as to whether they will be sending the correct/undamaged items 4 weeks on. I have paid for the items but yet to get what I paid for.”

“I love your products guys but I feel you are a little bit too expensive sometimes and people who are regular clients should have a discount at least for the next time they choose to buy (and not send a link to be used in the next 24 hours for 5 pounds). Apart from that, I think you are doing a great job selecting your items and sending them in a very good status.”
