“I’m finding the customer service really poor. I returned an item a fortnight ago & the return still hasnt been processed. I sent an email asking for confirmation it had been received & was informed that they have a back log & are working through in order, no timescale for a refund which i need back in a timely fashion”

“I have just purchased the Little Dutch Rainbow Stacker in pink for my 1 year old granddaughter’’s first birthday. This is a beautifully-made toy, and she and my elder granddaughter both loved it. Delivery was prompt, and I would not hesitate to buy from Scandiborn again. Thank you.”

“Absolutely dreadful. Not as advertised (arch with slide and cushions - description now changed but still misleading). Overpriced for what was delivered. When queried the company told me they had to see what the supplier said. No. My contract was with them but they hid behind their supplier. Trading standards have been notified. Arrived a month late missing my grandsons first birthday”

“I purchased an educational cooker by BigJigs. Unfortunately, one part was faulty and despite several calls to Scandiborn and BigJigs, the replacement part was late in arriving due to someone at BigJigs being unaware of a postal strike. All in all, very disappointing.”
