“I love the products...but I was shocked by the taxes and customs we had to pay, as UK is no longer part of EU. Sorry, this was my last order, the customs made it so expensive, it make no sense to order from you qgain :(”

“love this store! items are great quality and worth the spend. i have purchased quite a few items and will continue to do so. I am, however, rather disappointed in their response time. As a result this makes the exchange/return process so long given you have to email them first.”

“Love the product range. While I like the fact that they package up everything safely, it felt that the huge box that protected the mat seemed like an overkill in terms of protection. Seems to be a lot of wastage in that respects. Would still do biz with them but would love for them to work on the reducing packaging while protecting the product”

“I bought the baby bjorn pink carrier and a carry all bag. Both are of good quality and I am using the bag as my hospital bag! You can also use the bag as a pram bag ... I can't wait to use the carrier when my little girl is here!”
