“love this store! items are great quality and worth the spend. i have purchased quite a few items and will continue to do so. I am, however, rather disappointed in their response time. As a result this makes the exchange/return process so long given you have to email them first.”

“Love the product range. While I like the fact that they package up everything safely, it felt that the huge box that protected the mat seemed like an overkill in terms of protection. Seems to be a lot of wastage in that respects. Would still do biz with them but would love for them to work on the reducing packaging while protecting the product”

“Easy to order. Only annoyance is that DPD sent me a message to say that they were going to deliver my parcel on the 17th of December but without a time slot - I wasn’t going to be in so I asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour. The courier didn’t turn up until the following day and then delivered it to my neighbour (possibly without knocking - at least I didn’t hear them) although I was in. A very minor complaint really. It was all still delivered very quickly in the run up to Christmas and the products were great and as described.”

“I absolutely love scandiborn products. The wooden toys are delightful and some are actually fairly good price. I did however receive a rattle that was liewood brand and it was so heavy there is no way a baby would be able to pick it up! Having said that it looks beautiful so I’ve used as a nursery ornament instead ! I’ll certainly buy kore at scandiborn”
