Twice Scandiborn has accepted our request to return(bnwt item), sent items back, then Scandiborn rejected return… now no products and you still took my money… returns with your company Is the most convoluted terrible experience of online shopping ever…

The article I received did not correspond to the photo. In the photo there were 3 wands in a pretty holder but I only received one wand which was very disappointing.

Unfortunately this review will not be pleasent. I did order a swimming pool (£55)and toy for my kids and pay for the express delivery ( just to make sure I will get it on Friday before few hot days in uk) I did get a parcel from Scandiborn but with the nursing pillow cover. Sent an email asap with the urgent subject (no working phone number available) but did not get any reply till Monday . Ordered swimming pool from different web (paid £10 for next day delivery). Not really sure why Im writting this review :) Just thought it would be great to buy from your web to support buissnese but hey.. :) Have a great day

I ordered the Oliver seaside dresser in March and it didn’t arrive until June. They gave me a gift card as an apology but it meant that I didn’t have his clothes and nursery organized for the baby when he was born. I also found the quality of the dresser to be very poor and the drawers are flimsy and don’t quite fit. Definitely not worth the price.

Item arrived damaged. On notifying Scandiborn of the damage I was only offered a replacement, rather than a full refund, as I am entitled to inline with the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. Their phone lines are currently closed and it takes at least 48 hours to get a response via email so it’s been frustratingly slow to get this resolved. Hopefully I will receive a full refund soon.

Hi all, Just a warning for everyone that orders, you might never receive your order due to DHL. So, I’d recommend finding similar items on Amazon to ensure they’ll actually be delivered. After being on the phone for hours, they came to the conclusion that they could not help me find my shipment.

I ordered this Moses basket and really like it. However, it does not have a sheet that comes with it. There is a sheet in the picture in all the pictures of the item. The size of sheet needed is difficult to find. In addition, neither stand was available. We put asked to be notified when it became available. I have got notified and found it back in stock. I sent an email to customer service and never heard back.

Product is poor - once again the Sebra musical mobile breaks within 10 days - utterly pointless. The chameleon was the worst - even when it worked it only ran for about 15 seconds because the tail is about 10 cm long! Looks lovely - expensive waste of money and poor quality

Gg* draw board not fit for purpose. My LO has pierced the plastic using the pen that came with it and now the green aluminium powder leaks out of the whole. Unusable, and such a waste as clearly a lot of effort has been put into building this otherwise lovely toy. disappointed, has lasted less than 6 months

I’m really upset, I ordered the chair with cover for my baby and they only delivered the cover. I’ve tried calling and emailed Anita to which they told me they couldn’t help. I’ve tried getting in touch and no one has responded. Very upset
